
Grilled Lemon HerbÂ
Lamb Chops

Ingredients
3 lbs. of rib or loin chops
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. Rosemary
1 Tbsp. Thyme
1 Tbsp. Oregano
1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
juice of one lemon
about 1/2 tsp. of lemon zest
Instructions
Set grill to 300 degrees
Salt and pepper the lamb chops
Mix the herbs, olive oil, lemon juice and zest together into a paste. Â (You can use fresh herbs or dried herbs)
Take the mixture, and either brush it on the chops or put it in a zip lock bag with your lamb chops. Â Shake it really well to get adequate coverage. Â Let the chops marinate for 30 minutes to a few hours.
Once chops have marinated for desired time, cook on a grill until  internal temperature is 130 degrees.
Remove chops. Â Let them rest for about 10 minutes, then enjoy!
