Nana Shirlene’s Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb sausage
- 12 oz. milk (of choice)
- 2 cups oats (I use gluten free)
- 1 cup shopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- ketchup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Mix all ingredients well
- Shape into balls (I make ours about golf ball size)
- Place on a pan and cover each ball with ketchup
- Bake approx 40 minutes- until golden brown on top – time depends on size of meatballs
