• 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 12 oz. milk (of choice)
  • 2 cups oats (I use gluten free)
  • 1 cup shopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • ketchup
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients well
  3. Shape into balls (I make ours about golf ball size)
  4. Place on a pan and cover each ball with ketchup
  5. Bake approx 40 minutes- until golden brown on top – time depends on size of meatballs
  6. Enjoy!
