Meatloaf Balls

Ingredients

  • 2lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup oats (we use gluten free)
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1/2 bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill/smoker
  2. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together in a bowl
  3. Shape meat mixture into softball size balls.  
  4. Grill or smoke then meatballs for 30 minutes to 1 hour until cooked to a temperature of 160 degrees.  
  5. Top with ketchup in the last 10-15 minutes of cooking.
  6. Enjoy!
