Meatloaf Balls
Ingredients
- 2lbs ground beef
- 1 cup oats (we use gluten free)
- 1 cup milkÂ
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire
- 1/2 bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat grill/smoker
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Shape meat mixture into softball size balls.
- Grill or smoke then meatballs for 30 minutes to 1 hour until cooked to a temperature of 160 degrees.
- Top with ketchup in the last 10-15 minutes of cooking.
