    For some time, I have wanted to add lamb to our family meals. I was looking for high quality meat from a trustworthy farm, but I also needed guidance in preparing it. I didn’t hesitate to order when Jessica posted their new Shepherd’s Choice Lamb Box. I knew she and Daniel would offer everything I wanted and more since we have been buying beef from them for several years. Jessica was encouraging from the start (as she always is), kindly answered all my cooking questions, and is offering lamb dish recipes in the newsletter. Our first meal, Lamb Stew, was a success. The meat was mild and tasty. Looking forward to cooking all the different cuts in the bundle.
